Windom Area Health & Fitness is offering Fit-Row, a new rowing class that focuses on a total body workout. Rowing is a low impact exercise that tones the legs, back, core and arms. The class consists of various rowing challenges along with other total body exercises, using the rowers.
The class is limited to 9 rowers, so call now to reserve your spot! The session starts Friday, 9/2 and runs Wednesdays & Fridays through Wednesday, 10/12 at 5:45AM – 6:15AM.
